We have a team of multiskilled operatives providing building maintenance and repair services across the South of England.
We work in close collaboration with our clients and their advisors to create new spaces for people and pride ourselves on our aim to deliver on time, on budget and with zero defects.

Our team consists of professionally qualified and experienced Project Managers, Estimators, Quantity Surveyors and Site Managers – enabling us to provide an end-to-end service from design through pre-construction, to delivery and aftercare. Supported by a carefully selected, pre-qualified and proven supply chain we are trusted to deliver a turnkey solution.
We are experienced in the design, supply and installation of air conditioning, heating and ventilation systems. We also specialise in lighting, power, data, safety and building management systems.

Our team has worked within a variety of environments from small local businesses, commercial units, industrial units, Prisons and MOD Sites delivering refurbishment and fit-out works suited to clients’ requirements.

We have a track record of delivering extension and expansion projects for residential buildings and buildings as diverse as schools and industrial units – providing needed space and new facilities for our clients.

We are used to working in close proximity to occupied buildings – so our teams understand the need to plan site logistics and work to minimise any disruption.
