Modular Buildings

Brief:

Sacx were requested to attend site and undertake a condition survey of an existing modular building installation project that had unfortunately ground to a halt following the collapse of the previous contractor.

What we did:

Following an intensive condition survey Sacx formulated a remedial report, cost plan and construction program to complete the installation works and upgrade / replace any below standard or non-compliant works.

This resulted in the full replacement of the electrical distribution wiring, installation of new underground water mains, drainage systems and the installation of a bespoke built packaged plant water booster station. Installation of new foul water macerator pumping station and various remedial repairs to foundations, external and internal building fabric where also conducted.

Works were completed with full compliance testing and certification allowing for occupation.
